Business started in 1994 at City of Santos under name of DLT.
In 2004, we expanded to São Paulo City and changed name and logo to OBEB.

During last decade we have participated in complex and well-known projects such as Hyundai Steel and CSP (construction by Posco E&C) which provided us an unique opportunity to grow up and become more competitive.
